I feel like I should tell you a little bit about myself.

Just me

My name is Jen, *hello Jen* I'm nearly 30 years old and I'm from a town outside Melbourne.

I own and teach at a pole and aerial studio, and I also work in pharmacy.

I'm busy and time poor, I'm health conscious but a huge sweet tooth. I have a cat named Stinky (who was a rescue cat and man did he stink) and a robot vacuum called MiBo.

I am not an expert or an extremist, not a vegetarian or vegan, and I don't have any "qualifications" on the topic of environment or society, but I'm passionate and dedicated, I read a lot and watch a lot of documentaries, I'm open to new things and trying things out, and this is where I'm coming from.

I'm definitely no expert. I'm just passionate.

Why am I writing this blog? Well, it dawned on me recently that I am incredibly passionate about helping the planet. I think this dawned on me most recently after having a work colleague tell me excitedly that she brought her own reusable straw from home so she could have Boost at work, haha. I was super excited for her and realised that my incessant nagging had worked! One little habit changed for the greater good.

I am constantly preaching to my family and friends about their choices when it comes to the environment and society, and by no means do I think I'm always right, but sometimes I am haha. And I thought to myself, why not widen my reach? (Even though I'm not sure how many people will actually read this haha).

So here on this blog, I'll be telling you all about some products I use, some tips I've found helpful and some small but effective ways to help reduce our impact on the environment and society.

Because I know we're all time poor and busy, all my blogs will be short and sweet, I'm a get-to-the-point kind of gal.

Lets work together to make this world a better place, one small step at a time.
